For over 20 years, we’ve aimed to help rural women and children realise that they matter! Our after-school programmes help learners who need additional educational support, while also offering sports sessions and social life skills that boost confidence, self-worth and autonomy. Our projects rely on local donors, sponsors, and volunteers who join us in empowering women and children in disadvantaged communities and underserved schools.
The 3 Rs programme (Reading, Running and Right-ing) is active on farms, in rural schools, and within marginalised communities. We inspire learners from Grade R to 12 to develop skills, participate in running or cycling events, and experience the world through cultural outings.
The Anna Foundation educates, upskills and employs local women who are already a part of the rural farming community. The women receive ongoing training, empowering them to teach, guide and manage the Anna Foundation 3 Rs programme for children and teens.
