The Anna Foundation celebrated seven years of partnership with the FNB Wines2Whales this year.

The 2025 FNB Wines2Whales took place from 30 October to 9 November, and was once again a phenomenal event organised by the Epic Series.

Riders supporting Anna Foundation

We had eight teams represent the Anna Foundation at the Chardonnay, Pinotage, and Shiraz events.

We had eight teams riding for Anna Foundation this year, with one of our riders, Kyle le Bron, taking part in both the Pinotage and Shiraz events.

One of Anna Foundation’s donors also rode to support Anna Foundation. They had cycling shirts made with Anna Foundation’s logo, and we organised a fun day where they visited the Polkadraai Bike Park with our learners from Neethlingshof and Hazendal.

Learners Join the Action at Oak Valley

Many of our learners joined the event to encourage the riders as they crossed the finish line, an experience that is always enriching and inspiring to them.

The sight of the children in their bright yellow t-shirts not only adds vibrancy to the event but also serves as a powerful reminder of FNB Wines2Whales’ commitment to uplifting local communities. Riders experience a rewarding sense of fulfillment, knowing that their participation positively impacts the lives of local children.

A Successful Event for a Great Cause

Wines2Whales was not only a fantastic sporting event but also a significant milestone for raising awareness about our mission. Through the hard work and support of our riders and the generosity of the community, we received valuable donations that will directly impact our projects!

A big thank you to our riders, sponsors and everyone who contributed to making this year’s FNB Wines2Whales event a successWe are grateful for each pedal pushed, every donation made, and all the goodwill shared, as it brings us closer to our vision of building brighter futures for our learners.
